Apartments in Barbiano
The farm Planatscherhof in Barbiano offers you a holiday home which is situated directly on the farm. There are three apartments which have been furnished with great care and are designed for 2, 4 or 6 persons. The largest apartment is on the first floor and has two double bedrooms and a twin room with a balcony. The 4-person apartment is on the second floor and has two double bed rooms with balcony. Also on the second floor is the 2-person apartment. It has a double bedroom with balcony. You may book the holiday apartments in Barbiano with or without breakfast.
All holiday apartments in Barbiano are equipped with a spacious eat-in kitchen with gas or electric stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. The two large apartments also have a wood stove. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available in all apartments. A terrace is available in all accommodations – a barbecue grill and a small herb garden can be found on your doorstep. The 6-person apartment is suitable for disabled guests and also has a bidet and a bathtub. Hand towels, toilet paper and bath towels are available at your arrival before in the apartments. Toddler equipment with cot, high chair and child seat is available on request, while several board games await you in the apartments. In our rustic lounge in the farmhouse we have set up a small bookcase, where various books are available for you.

For your afternoon snack or your evening barbecue the best place will be the cosy outdoor sitting area. On request we also serve breakfast or a breakfast basket with many homemade products in our cosy farm lounge “Stube”.

On your doorstep, there is a cosy gazebo and a sandpit for your children. Of course you can book the apartment including our farm breakfast or request a breakfast basket.

Price conditions & included services
Each additional person: + 15,00 € per day.
The prices apply are per apartment and per day for a minimum of 4 days.
For stays less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 20% per apartment and day.
Surcharge for breakfast: For Apartment with breakfast we calculate € 16,00 per person per day. Children under 5 years are invited – children from 5-10 years pay 50%.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, kitchen towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, W-Lan, electricity and heating, final cleaning.
Washing, drying and ironing facilities are available on request (for a fee).
Plus local tax of 2,40 € per person/day (from 14 years).
Please pay on site in cash (up to max. 4.999,99 €) or by bank transfer.
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be valid as soon as you receive our confirmation.
Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. For your four-legged family members we charge 12,00 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet. Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas (“Bauernstube”).
Arrival and departure
The apartments will ready for you starting from 14.00 (possibly earlier by arrangement). On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.00.
If you arrive after 18:00 clock we ask that you notify us by telephone.
Cancellations
In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge the hole booked days.
In case of late cancellations we charge a cancellation fee. You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.
